Permanent contract: base salary + variable bonus.

The role

The Urbanization Director will be responsible for leading the development, planning, and execution of urbanization and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and regulations. They will act as a key coordination figure between the developer, technical teams, and public administrations.

Participation in large-scale and technically complex projects
Direct exposure to investors and developers

What you'll do

Leading urbanization projects from the design phase to final delivery.
Supervising the execution of works: roads, sanitation networks, water supply, drainage, electricity, and telecommunications.
Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and budgets.

Project Management

Project definition (planning, milestones, resources).
Coordination of engineering firms, construction companies, and consultants.
Budget control: costs, certifications, and variations.

Technical coordination

Integration of utility infrastructures (water, electrical, road, etc.).
Validation of technical solutions and project optimization.
Identification and mitigation of technical risks.

Relations with Public Administration

Liaison with sectorial bodies: hydrographic confederations, road authorities, environmental agencies, local and regional administrations.
Management of permits, licenses, and authorizations.
Monitoring of technical and regulatory conditions.

Stakeholder management

Coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
Relations with developers, investors, and partners.
Periodic reporting on project status.

Education

Civil Engineer (preferably).
Alternatively: Industrial Engineer, Technical Public Works Engineer.

Experience

+10 years of experience in: Project Management or Infrastructure Works Direction.
Solid experience in: urbanization works, hydraulic, electrical, and road infrastructure, large-scale civil engineering projects.
Highly valued:
Experience in large urban developments with integration of multiple services.
Experience working on the developer's side.
Experience in urbanization projects related to data centers or technology developments.

Key knowledge

Urban planning regulations and infrastructure standards.
Comprehensive management of complex projects.
Administrative and regulatory procedures.
Economic and financial control of works.

Languages: professional English (C1).

Skills
