Industrial company specialized in the contract sector, based in Spain, is seeking a Sales Director with experience leading complex commercial teams of more than 15 people, driving international growth and managing high-value-added projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for directing the commercial area, executing the growth strategy, and overseeing the evolution of the commercial team.

• Lead the commercial strategy and company growth.
• Lead teams and contribute to the professionalization of the business.

Reporting to the General Management, the selected candidate will assume the following responsibilities:

• Define and execute the commercial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop the commercial team.
• Monitor commercial activity, tracking objectives and results.
• Identify new business development and growth opportunities.
• Participate in the preparation of commercial plans and budgets.
• Coordinate commercial activities with the rest of the company's departments.
• Represent the company before clients and strategic partners.
• Travel internationally on a regular basis, approximately 30% to 50% of the time, mainly in Europe and Latin America.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• A university degree in Engineering or Architecture is required. Applications without these qualifications will not be considered.
• High level of English. Other languages will be valued.
• Proven experience leading large commercial teams and hierarchical structures with middle managers.
• Experience managing teams of more than 15 people directly and indirectly.
• Demonstrable track record in the contract sector, in complex projects or technical solutions with a consulting component.
• International experience and business development across different markets.
• Ability to lead technical profiles and provide sound judgment in highly demanding environments.
• Experience implementing commercial processes, CRM, sales forecasting, objectives, and activity tracking.
• Results-oriented profile focused on growth, profitability, and business generation.
• Availability to travel between 30% and 50% of the time, approximately 60% in Europe and 30% in Latin America.
• Availability to work on-site regularly with the team.
