The role

We are looking for a generalist HR Business Partner to join an international company in the Life Sciences sector. The selected candidate will be a strategic business partner, providing comprehensive support in the Human Resources area and collaborating closely with other international HR teams.

What you'll do

Act as HR Business Partner for managers and teams, providing support in all HR areas.
Control of schedules, vacations, absences, and permits.
Liaison with labor consultancy and follow-up of administrative and labor incidents.
Management and coordination of training plans, professional development, and upskilling actions.
Support in talent development, performance, and feedback processes.
Active collaboration with other HR Business Partners and HR teams internationally, aligning global policies and processes.
Participation in cross-functional HR projects at the local and international level.
Proposal of improvements in HR processes and tools.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Minimum of 5 years of experience in generalist HR positions, preferably as HRBP.
Experience in international environments and collaboration with global teams.
High level of English, bilingual in Spanish. German is a plus.
Ability to work autonomously, organized, and results-oriented.
Proactive profile, with good communication skills and a focus on internal customer service.
Previous experience in the Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sector is a plus.
