The role

Reporting directly to General Management, the selected person will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the company's daily operations, guaranteeing service quality and the correct functioning of the various operational areas.

What you'll do

Lead a team of approximately 30-35 people.
Coordinate the warehouse, transport, logistics, and production room areas.
Guarantee the correct reception, preparation, and delivery of orders.
Supervise route planning and compliance with service levels.
Identify improvement opportunities and implement new working methodologies.
Analyze operational indicators and define corrective actions when necessary.
Optimize human and material resources to improve operational efficiency.
Manage operational incidents while maintaining a high customer orientation.
Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
Collaborate closely with the Sales, Purchasing, and Administration & Finance departments.

Previous experience leading operations in food distribution, logistics, Horeca companies, or similar environments.
Experience managing operational teams.
Practical profile, close to the business, and oriented toward problem-solving.

High orientation toward service and customer care.
Schedule availability to adapt to the needs of the operation.
Residence in Murcia or the province.
