The role

We are looking for a Project Technician to join the Projects team, which provides support to all the company's centers and resources, both in the preparation of technical reports and in the design and drafting of projects for public tenders.

Experience in drafting reports and preparing projects
Affinity with the social, care, and similar sectors

What you'll do

Draft technical reports for the different centers and resources.
Coordinate and supervise the development of assigned projects.
Guarantee compliance with the established deadlines for deliveries.
Collaborate with different departments to obtain the necessary information.
Analysis of the satisfaction of users and families within the scope of Home Care Services and centers.
Design and drafting of projects for public tenders.
Preparation of innovative projects as proposals to institutions or for internal use.
Identify improvements and optimize processes within their responsibilities.
Conducting research studies related to dependency care and socio-care services.
Representation of the company in events, meetings, and forums.
Search for and management of funding opportunities at European, national, and regional levels.
