  • Drive the implementation and ensure the correct execution of corporate People Management policies and processes, aligning business needs with talent development and organizational improvement at the plant. 

  • Actively participate, as part of a team with specialists, in People Management processes at the plant: Recruitment, Hiring, Training, Development, Communication, and Organization. 

  • Attend to and advise workers and middle managers on People Management matters. 

  • Participate in Labor Relations at the plant, in coordination with the Labor Relations Director: Negotiations with the Works Council, and individual matters with workers. 

  • Participate in and execute actions derived from the Occupational Risk Prevention policy, in coordination with the OHS specialist Manager, assuming the role of liaison as set out in Monbake's Prevention Plan. 

  • Prepare HR reports and KPIs and propose improvement actions derived from the observed indicators.

What are we looking for? 

  • University education. Postgraduate studies or a master's degree in Human Resources will be valued.  

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in generalist HR positions, or 1 to 2 years in similar roles in an industrial environment. 

  • Interest in being close to people and operations.  

  • Communication, listening, and influencing skills.  

  • Ability to build trusting relationships with employees and managers.  

  • Initiative, organizational skills, and decision-making.
