The role

As an HR Business Partner in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage key projects in the Human Resources area. The position offers a strategic approach to people management.

What you'll do

Supervise and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Collaborate with organizational leaders to implement organizational change initiatives.
Manage labor relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Prepare human resources reports and metrics for decision-making.
Participate in cross-functional projects related to improving organizational culture.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University degree in Human Resources, Law, or similar fields.
Solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.
Previous experience in strategic Human Resources management, preferably in the Industry, Automotive, or similar sectors.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
Analytical skills to interpret data and present reports.
Proficiency in computer tools related to Human Resources.
English level B2/C1.
