What we're looking for

* Academic Background:
- Currently studying an Associate Degree in Tourism, a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism, or similar training.

* Specific Knowledge:
- High level of English (spoken and written). Other languages will be valued.
- User-level knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

* Required Profile:
Service Vocation (Care), Communication and Interpersonal Skills (Ease), Results Orientation, with the ambition to exceed guest expectations (Deliver), an instinct for knowing when and how to surprise guests (Surprise), Commercial Initiative, Teamwork, and a hospitable and informal attitude, while being respectful and professional, representing the identity of NH Hotel Group hotels (Natural Host).

At the NH Collection Paseo del Prado hotel, we are looking for an intern who wants to start their professional experience in this world, with the possibility of extra shifts or holiday cover.

What you'll do

- Support in customer service and providing information regarding the hotel's services and facilities.

- Collaboration in reservation management, both by telephone and in person, following established procedures.

- Basic review of incidents from the previous shift related to guests and facilities.

- Support in verifying room availability through the management systems.

- Collaboration in the guest check-in processes.

- Support in the review of charges and basic billing for stays.

- Collaboration in the guest check-out processes.

- Support in communication and coordination with other departments upon the arrival of regular guests.
