About the role

Are you passionate about hands-on plant work but also about organizing and planning the workshop? We are looking for a "hands-on" maintenance profile with the ability to manage the CMMS and lead preventive/corrective maintenance.

At Pardo, we are a dynamic company in constant evolution within the industrial sector. To lead and strengthen the day-to-day operations of our technical team on the plant floor, we are looking for a Coordinator – Industrial Maintenance Specialist.

We are looking for a field professional who is resourceful and highly practical, but who also masters the maintenance management side: task planning, CMMS control, and activity reporting. This role combines direct technical intervention on machinery (50%) with the organizational management of the department and direct liaison with Factory Management (50%).

If you are the type of professional who enjoys solving a complex breakdown at the machine level, but also understands the importance of logging it, planning preventive maintenance, and optimizing resources, this is the place for you!

What you'll do

  • Planning and Execution: Design, plan, and execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan to minimize downtime on our machining, welding, painting, and assembly lines.

  • Active Technical Intervention: Diagnosis and repair of complex electromechanical faults in continuous production environments (direct intervention on machinery and plant facilities).

  • Management and Reporting (CMMS): Control, digital logging, and data entry of all interventions through the company's CMMS tool to ensure traceability and data-driven decision-making.

  • Control and Administrative Liaison: Direct reporting to Factory Management, prioritization of the team's work orders, spare parts stock control, and monitoring of the area's expenditure.

  • Safety and Quality: Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) and environmental regulations in the workshop and on the lines.

Nice to have

  • Experience in industrial plants with welding robots and laser cutting technologies.

  • User-level proficiency in office tools (Excel for cost control and reporting).

  • Knowledge of PLC programming and/or interpretation of CAD drawings.

  • Forklift license, overhead crane license, and 20-hour ORP certification/course.

What you'll get

  • Contract: Permanent from day one. Job stability within a solid business group that is a leader in its sector (Pikolin Group).

  • Working hours: Full-time. Flexible scheduling organized into morning/afternoon shifts and occasional availability for handling and resolving critical incidents.

  • Work environment: Modern industrial plant with standardized procedures and digitalized management tools.

  • Professional development: Be part of a technical team where initiative and technical detail are valued and rewarded.

If you are an all-rounder profile, passionate about industrial technology, master maintenance management, and are looking for a role with real impact on the plant floor... We want to meet you! Send us your CV.

Essential requirements:

  • Education: Advanced Vocational Training (FPII) / Higher Degree in Electromechanical Maintenance, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation and Robotics, or similar. (Open to Technical Engineering with a clear vocation and track record on the plant floor).

  • Practical experience: Minimum 3-5 years of real experience as an industrial maintenance technician in manufacturing/production environments.

  • Planning and CMMS: Mandatory and demonstrable experience in planning preventive and corrective maintenance plans, as well as daily use and reporting through CMMS software (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

  • Solid Technical Knowledge: Industrial electricity, mechanics, welding, pneumatics/hydraulics, and troubleshooting on production machinery.

  • Competencies: High autonomy for quick decision-making in critical breakdown situations, proactivity, and an organized mindset for both documentation and workshop order.
