Motor Insurance Claims Handler (Injuries)

• Between 1 and 4 years of previous experience in bodily injury claims handling within the auto line; we also consider junior profiles.
• Solid knowledge of injury assessment processes and methods (legislation, scale, etc.).
• Knowledge and/or experience in CAS and medical expenses in general.
• Experience working with claims management providers (medical specialists, lawyers, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team, flexibility, and willingness to change.
• Customer orientation and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

• Good knowledge of English to be able to work with Prima's global teams.
• Autonomy and management of responsibilities and priorities.

This team is here for our customers when they need it most.

As part of this team, you will be on the front line of Prima, supporting customers from reporting to repair. You will help us resolve claims with empathy, expertise, and efficiency. And you will ensure that our drivers receive the clarity and peace of mind they need at every step of the process.

• Lead the management of traffic accident files from the moment of opening until their conclusion via judicial or extrajudicial means, evaluating injuries, following up on the injured parties, and determining the suitability of compensation based on the scale and applicable legislation.
• Collaborate closely with policyholders, medical specialists, lawyers, and opposing parties to gather relevant information and provide timely updates on the status and reserves of claims.
• Lead negotiations to reach effective agreements and resolve claims efficiently by making reasoned offers/responses according to the scale and legislation.
• Conduct thorough investigations to detect potential cases of fraud related to injury claims, using investigation tools and techniques to identify suspicious patterns or fraudulent behavior.
• Identify and implement initiatives for the continuous improvement of processes, protocols, and the technological claims management platform for Prima España's claims management.
