What you'll get

Location: Barcelona city
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 h to 17:30 h (30 minutes for breakfast and 1 h for lunch)

Friday from 8:00 h to 14:30 h (30 minutes for breakfast)

Temporary contract + Immediate start

The role

What you'll do

Your functions will be linked to providing support to Banking commercial managers:

-Customer service, both in person and by telephone.

-Reception and management of visits.

-Management and follow-up of incidents and complaints.

-Management of registrations and operations related to cards.

-Support to the commercial department in the tasks derived from its activity.

-Collaboration in administrative and support tasks linked to the department's activity.

-Preparation, updating, and control of documentation and databases.

-Coordination with other departments to guarantee adequate attention and service to customers.
