The role

An important company in the insurance sector located in Nueva Andalucía is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant with an advanced level of German to join its team.

At Randstad, we are looking for an organized, proactive person with a customer orientation to provide administrative support and manage service to our policyholders.

What you'll do

Telephone and in-person customer service (mainly in German).

Policy management, processing of files, and insurance documentation.

Claims follow-up and incident resolution.

General day-to-day administrative office tasks.

Communication and management with suppliers and collaborating companies.

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 h (with a lunch break).
