The role

Do you have experience in managing offers, customer service, incident resolution, and invoicing?

What you'll do

MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Management of customer offers/orders (Public bodies, communities, distributors, private sector companies)

- Creation of sales document procedures

Delivery planning
Monitoring and resolution of incidents/returns
Coordination with the Logistics department
Invoicing and sending of documentation
Support to the front office staff of the Commercial department - Administrative and customer service tasks specific to the position: telephone management, public-facing work, filing, etc. - Collection management
Provide administrative support to the other departments: telephone assistance, documentation

How you'll work

flexible schedule from 8:00 to 17:00 or from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Thursday and on Fridays from 8:00 to 15:00

Requirements

Recommended: High School Diploma or Intermediate Vocational Training completed with Professional Experience.

Preferably Higher Vocational Training, or in the absence of the aforementioned training, sufficient knowledge or professional experience in accordance with the functions to be performed

NECESSARY EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: - Valuable: 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, invoicing, collections, O2C. - Ability to interact with third parties - Ability to work under stressful situations - Ability to interact with the different Departments of the Company

Knowledge of the software used by the Company and ability
