Residential Lease Sales Manager

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the real estate sector, especially in residential rental management and marketing in Madrid.
• Education: Preferably a Degree or Bachelor's in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, Architecture, or similar.
• Technical skills:

Advanced proficiency in the Office Suite.

Experience with real estate portals (Idealista).

Previous experience working with Prinex is highly valued.

• Key skills: Strong sales vocation, negotiation capacity, attention to detail, assertiveness, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Contract: Permanent from day one, offering maximum job stability. - Remuneration: Salary range of €30,000 to €35,000 gross/year, negotiable depending on experience and professional value provided.

At Randstad Professionals, we are selecting a Residential Leasing Sales Manager for an important company in the real estate sector. You will be part of a consolidated multidisciplinary team, managing your own portfolio of residential properties and commercial premises with a key position for communication, operational vision, and sales management. In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for the integral management of the assigned portfolio:

• Marketing and analysis: Publication of vacant properties on real estate portals (Idealista), competitor analysis in the Madrid market, and client prospecting/customer service.
• Contract management: Preparation, monitoring, control, and resolution of lease contracts, as well as property inspections at the end of contracts.
• Communication and incident management: Daily coordination with tenants, resolution of operational and billing incidents, and coordination with maintenance, administration, and operations teams.
• Monitoring and systems: Uploading contractual data and incidents into the internal management system (Prinex).
• Reporting: Preparation of periodic reports for management and proposing improvements in operational workflows.

• Modality: 100% on-site work in Madrid offices.
