The role

Do you have experience as an HR Generalist in multinational and matrix environments? Are you looking for a challenge where you can be the HR reference at the local level but with a significant international impact? We are looking for candidates like you! If you are passionate about comprehensive HR management, labor relations, and talent development, this is your opportunity to lead the Iberia region (Spain and Portugal).

What you'll do

Reporting to the HR Director of Southern Europe, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Act as the Local HR Point of Contact for Iberia: provide daily support to local employees and managers, channeling needs at the international level.
  • Lead Labor Relations and Compliance: manage the relationship with the Works Council, collective agreements, internal policies, and ensure compliance with local labor legislation.
  • Employee Relations and Advice: conflict resolution, management of disciplinary measures, and support in investigations together with the regional HRBPs.
  • Implementation of Global Programs: deployment of performance evaluations, talent reviews, succession plans, engagement, and training.
  • HR Operations: operational support for the employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), document management, payroll inputs, and contracts, in collaboration with shared services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of at least 4-5 years as an HR Generalist, ideally in multinational and/or matrix organizational environments.
  • Solid knowledge base in Labor Relations and Spanish legislation.
  • Fluent command of English and Spanish (essential for global communication).
  • Excellent soft skills: business vision, ability to influence, conflict resolution, and international collaboration.
