What we're looking for

Previous experience in customer service, ideally in manufacturing, export, or B2B environments.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a department manager.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools; an interest in more efficient working methods using IT tools will be positively valued.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
Fluent Spanish, advanced level of English.

Nice to have

Good knowledge of logistics and export documentation will be valued.

What you'll get

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Salary commensurate with the position and experience.

Possibility of 1 day of remote work per week.

The role

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager who is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, who will act as the main point of contact for international and private-label clients, ensuring smooth order management, documentation, and communication between the different departments.

What you'll do

Process and manage customer orders, ensuring their correct entry into the ERP system.
Lead and manage the Customer Service team.
Manage all necessary documentation (e.g., technical data sheets, product specifications).
Initiate and coordinate product design and specification processes for private-label projects.
Provide customers with updated information on delivery times, stock availability, and order status.
Arrange transportation and logistics when necessary.
Manage the process of sending and receiving product samples.
Manage customer quality issues, coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure a timely resolution.
Communicate effectively with the Production, R&D, Quality, Product Safety, and Purchasing teams to align customer needs with internal processes.
