HR Technician

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of consolidated experience in similar positions (HR Technician, Personnel Administration, or Labor Relations).
• Proficiency in current labor regulations, hiring processes, and payroll fundamentals.
• High sense of responsibility, rigor, and maximum confidentiality in the handling of information.
• Great capacity for teamwork, a collaborative attitude, and proactivity for problem-solving.
• Proficiency in the Office suite (especially Excel) and previous experience with HR management systems such as SAP or similar is highly valued.

Integrated into the Human Resources department, your main mission will be to guarantee excellence in the employee lifecycle from an operations and administration perspective. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Comprehensive management of the employment cycle: Preparation, monitoring, and control of contracts, registrations, terminations, and contractual modifications.
• Specialized support in compensation and payroll: Support in calculation processes, review of variables, and incident management to ensure the accuracy of the process.
• Employee service: Resolution of inquiries regarding legal-labor matters and personnel administration, providing an empathetic and high-quality service to the internal client.
• Document management and systems: Rigorous updating and maintenance of employee files and the integrated HR management system (HRIS).
• Reporting: Preparation of area reports and metrics to facilitate monitoring and decision-making.
