We want to bring on a People Director with a strategic vision, capable of driving our team's development and accompanying the company's growth.
You will be responsible for designing and executing the group's people strategy, ensuring that it accompanies business growth and reinforces our culture.
You will work hand in hand with Management and with the store teams so that people continue to be the engine of Sabor a España.
Define and implement the People strategy aligned with the company's objectives
Lead the People area (recruitment, training, development, labor relations, etc.)
Drive team growth in a multi-location retail environment
Support managers and supervisors in team management
Develop culture, engagement, and employee experience policies
Drive and evolve internal communication, ensuring it is close, transparent, and aligned with the culture and values of Sabor a España
Supervise compliance regarding labor matters, OSH, and current regulations
Analyze indicators and propose improvements based on data
Collaborate on strategic growth and expansion projects
