Social Media Manager

• At least 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.

• Experience defining and leading social media strategies with a focus on brand and business.

• Having managed international accounts or global brands, adapting messages to different markets and audiences.

• Ability to design and manage strategic editorial calendars (awareness, engagement, performance, employer branding, etc.).

• Deep knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.

• Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills, taking care of brand tone and narrative.

• Experience working with KPIs, analytics, and reporting, transforming data into actionable decisions.

• Ability to coordinate creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies.

• High level of English (essential for the role).

• You have worked in tech brands, SaaS, or digital environments.

• You are up to date with social trends, digital culture, and the creator economy.

• You have used tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout, Metricool, Notion, or other similar ones.

• You have notions of paid social and know how to collaborate with paid media teams.

• Define and lead the global social media strategy, aligned with marketing, branding, and business objectives.

• Adapt the strategy to different international markets and audiences.

• Design and evolve the editorial calendar with a strategic and growth-oriented approach.

• Supervise content creation (copy, video, creatives), ensuring brand and tone consistency.

• Validate storytelling, key messages, and brand narrative across all channels.

• Detect trends, opportunities, and new formats on social media.

• Analyze key metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversions) and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.

• Optimize content and campaigns based on data and results.

• Supervise community management and safeguard the brand's online reputation.

• Define crisis and response protocols on social media.

• Collaborate with the paid media team on social campaigns, launches, and special activations.
