What you'll do

We are looking to hire an External Warehouse Administrator who will provide administrative and control support to the operations of external warehouses, ensuring correct document management, coordination, and monitoring of key information.

Administrative management of external warehouse operations.
Control and verification of incoming and outgoing goods.
Review and filing of documentation associated with logistics activity.
Coordination with external suppliers and involved internal departments.
Monitoring of incidents and support in their resolution.
Updating data in internal systems and preparation of basic reports.

What are the requirements for this position?

Training in Administration, Management, or similar.
Previous experience in administrative positions, with experience in logistics environments or warehouses being valued.
Good command of office tools (especially Excel).
Organizational capacity, attention to detail, and orientation toward teamwork.
Proactivity and good communication.
Conversational English
