What you'll do

Back office functions in commercial sales management and planning. Direct support to the company's Commercial area through direct contact with customers.

Create sales orders in SAP.
Direct contact with national and international customers, providing arrival information, goods, and the corresponding documentation for each shipment in a timely and proper manner.
Input into SAP the information obtained from the Commercial and Planning areas, as well as from the loading warehouses, to correctly execute daily orders.
Manage and control information in Excel across different areas and execute any foreseen changes.
Coordinate with the Logistics area the information regarding the goods to be loaded (routes, license plates, transport companies, or loading warehouses).
