Sales Operations Executive

To expand our commercial team in Barcelona, we are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support the internal sales function by processing sales orders and providing accurate quotations, as well as preparing offers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the daily activities of order entry and quotation, including any electronic order processing.

• Following up on orders through to invoicing and after-sales service.

• Managing stock and orders with manufacturers.

• Use of Excel for bulk order uploads.

• Building strong relationships with the internal sales team.

• Knowledge of the IT market and how the channel works.

• SAP R3 / Business Warehouse.

• Intermediate level of English.

• Experience in order management and/or administration.

• Demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Para la ampliación de nuestro equipo comercial de Barcelona, buscamos una persona para el puesto de Sales Operations Executive que apoye la función de ventas internas mediante el procesamiento de pedidos de ventas y proporcione cotizaciones precisas, además de elaborar ofertas.

Entre sus responsabilidades, estarán:

• Responsable de la actividad diaria de carga y cotización de pedidos, incluido cualquier procesamiento electrónico de pedidos.

• Seguimiento de pedidos hasta la facturación y posventa.

• Gestión de stock y pedidos a fabricantes.

• Uso de Excel para cargas masivas de pedidos.

• Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con Ventas Internas.

• Conocimiento del mercado informático - Cómo funciona el canal.

• SAP R3 / Business Warehouse.

• Nivel intermedio de inglés.
