You will lead and drive complex business transformation initiatives, process evolution, cross-functional ERP capability implementation, and the development of advanced information models.

You will act as an expert reference and strategic partner to connect business, finance, processes, data, artificial intelligence, and technology, contributing to the definition of Telefónica España's future financial capabilities.

• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives with an impact on processes, systems, information, operating models, and analytical capabilities.
• Act as an expert reference in the definition, evolution, and implementation of ERP solutions, with a special focus on SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Drive the analysis, redesign, and optimization of end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, control, scalability, and business value.
• Translate strategic and operational challenges into viable and sustainable functional, technological, and organizational solutions.
• Define criteria, priorities, and evolution lines in information systems, data governance, and information architecture.
• Lead a small functional team, directing priorities, ensuring execution quality, and developing capabilities.
• Coordinate and mobilize primarily third-party teams, partners, and cross-functional collaborators, ensuring their alignment, progress, and focus on results.
• Promote the cross-functional integration of information between areas and processes, reinforcing traceability and data quality for decision-making.
• Lead the incorporation of automation, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and agentic AI as levers for efficiency and transformation.
• Provide expert judgment and communication skills in complex environments, with the autonomy to structure proposals, escalate recommendations, and accelerate decisions.
