Supervise, coordinate, review, and present commercial offers, aligning the different departments involved to guarantee competitive proposals and high-quality service.
Lead negotiations prior to the signing of contracts with customers in the EMEA market, safeguarding the company's interests and contributing to the successful closing of business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with contractual conditions and the services provided, providing support in the resolution of incidents, conflicts, or needs that may arise during the development of projects.
Provide after-sales support to assigned accounts when no specific team is responsible for this function.
Keep all commercial activity up to date in the CRM (Salesforce) and in the rest of the department's commercial tools, recording information regarding accounts, contacts, projects, offers, meetings, and opportunities.
