The role

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of one of the Big Four, collaborating in their Audit Services area as support in resource planning and management.

What you'll do

Resource allocation: support the planning of which people (auditors, seniors, managers) are assigned to each project, according to workload, dates, and availability.
Hours monitoring: review that the hours recorded in projects match the hours forecasted in the Retain tool, detecting deviations and proposing adjustments.
Efficiency analysis: identify opportunities for improvement in the distribution of resources by sector, optimizing the use of the team and time.

Requirements

Vocational Training (FP) in administration and finance

Organized person, with good planning capacity.

Solid handling of Excel and management tools.

Analytical profile, with a global vision and attention to detail.

Valuable experience in audit environments or project management.
