What we're looking for

We would love to meet you if you feel passion for commerce and people, and if you have:

A Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Law, or similar.
A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in similar positions in food distribution expansion and/or the real estate sector for commercial premises.
Proficiency in office automation (advanced Excel), Microsoft365 environment.
Intermediate level of English and/or French is desirable.
Residency and availability to travel continuously within the area of influence, Community of Madrid, and bordering provinces is essential.

As Alcampo's Expansion Manager in the Community of Madrid and neighboring provinces, your role will be to lead expansion by locating new business sites, ensuring profitable openings and the fulfillment of objectives defined within the framework of sustainable commerce to preserve the planet.

What will you do in your day-to-day? Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategic identification of opportunities: Proactively prospect and analyze key populations and locations in the assigned area of influence to identify potential markets for new projects. Analyze the competition in the area.
Feasibility analysis: Perform urban development and market studies, analyze population, income, and average spending data to evaluate the feasibility of new openings and prepare dossiers for company approval.
Comprehensive management: Lead and guarantee all project phases from inception to opening, negotiation with stakeholders, contract signing, processing of legal documentation, coordination of works, and supervision of deadline compliance until opening.
Ensuring expansion objectives: Guarantee the fulfillment of growth and profitability objectives established for the area of influence.
Excellence and Continuous updating: Stay up to date with the latest regulations, market trends, and internal procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance in all operations.
