About the job

About the Role

As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of Amenitiz across France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal - and the new markets that fall within EMEA as we continue to expand. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will lead a multi-layered sales organisation: Sales Managers and Team Leads, who in turn manage BDRs, SDRs, and Account Executives. This is a senior leadership role with direct impact on revenue, organisational design, and go-to-market execution across our core European markets.

Your Missions

Lead the Sales Strategy

  • Define and execute the sales strategy across our core European markets in line with company growth objectives.

  • Own revenue forecasting and target-setting - monthly, quarterly, and annually - with full accountability for MRR performance across the region.

  • Develop scalable processes and playbooks that drive consistency and performance across markets.

  • Partner closely with RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success, bringing market feedback and pipeline insight into shared GTM priorities.

Lead the Organisation

  • Build and develop a multi-layered sales organisation, from Sales Managers and Team Leads through to BDRs, SDRs, and Account Executives.

  • Drive hiring, structuring, and development of the commercial leadership layer.

  • Build a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

  • Serve as the key link between frontline teams and the CRO, translating strategy into execution.

Own the Commercial Model

  • Own the commercial engine: allocate budget across markets, channels, and headcount for maximum return, and bring proactive investment cases backed by unit economics.

  • Design team structures, headcount plans, and ramp timelines that maximise return on every euro invested.

  • Drive the revenue outlook for the region: own the assumptions on ASP, channel mix, win rate and pipeline conversion, then lead the initiatives that close any gap to plan. RevOps own the model build.

  • Track and report on key revenue metrics - new MRR, ASP, win rate, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and rep productivity - to drive decision-making across the organisation.

About You

  • 6-7+ years in senior sales leadership within a high-growth SaaS or B2B environment, including experience building and scaling a sales organisation

  • Experience managing multi-layered sales teams - leading through Sales Managers and Team Leads, not just individual contributors.

  • Strong track record in high-volume SMB sales, with experience selling to a similar ICP (independent businesses, hospitality, travel tech, or comparable).

  • Comfortable operating within revenue models - you understand unit economics, forecasting, and what it takes to consistently hit recurring revenue targets.

  • Multi-market experience and the ability to lead distributed teams across different cultures and geographies.

  • Fluent in English and at least one of our core market languages - French, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese.

  • Proficient with HubSpot or similar CRM.

  • Highly analytical, structured, and execution-focused, with strong communication skills at all levels of the organisation

Our offer

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives

  • Stock options with a progressive vesting schedule

  • Comprehensive health insurance

  • Flexible benefits - save on meals, childcare, transportation, and training with our tailored remuneration options

  • Any book, purchased for you, plus access to a shared team library
