International Business Development Manager
What you'll do
- Develop an international business plan for the AGENTS channel that includes new enrollment (NE), action plans for different markets/regions/countries with a focus on the areas where the University needs to grow exponentially on an annual basis, and a medium-term plan (3-5 years)
- Continue developing our extensive agency network in priority markets by increasing the number of Premium and first class agencies in our agent network to allow for business sustainability and growth.
- Develop a specific plan in new markets and see how to expand reach in existing markets.
- Direct contact and direct negotiation of key accounts for the company.
- Provide knowledge of international markets / experience for the detection of new business opportunities
- Lead the International Agencies channel within the company.
- Improvement of internal processes for channel management
- Facilitate cross-functional work between Sales and the channel to improve sales conversions coming from the channel.
- Ensure agencies have all the information and training they need to launch their campaign in a timely and proper manner. Ensure the creation of commercial plans with each agency by their team.
