The role

We are looking for a Payroll Manager to join our HR team; you will be the primary point of reference in the comprehensive management of payroll and personnel administration, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

Functions:

  • Supervise the complete Personnel Administration process, ensuring its correct execution in a timely and proper manner.

  • Ensure the correct preparation and payment of payroll (salaries, deductions, withholdings, etc.) and the preparation of social security documents (contributions).

  • Manage and process all personnel incidents that impact payroll (hires, terminations, contractual variations, sick leave, leaves of absence, etc.).

  • Collaborate with the HR Management in the implementation of compensation policies (salary policy, social benefits plan) regarding their correct application in the payroll.

  • Act as a liaison between the company and employees regarding inquiries about their files, payroll, and social benefits.

  • Direct and evaluate the team in Personnel Administration/Payroll, offering them guidance and support in the execution of their daily duties.

  • Strategic Reporting and Labor Cost Control: Prepare personnel cost reports, analyze budget variations, and monitor key KPIs (absenteeism, labor cost). Perform projections and simulations of expenditure for Management.
