As a Customer Service Agent on our team, you will be responsible for:

- Handling customer calls (pharmacists)
- Providing information, resolving issues, managing invoices, orders, delivery notes, etc.
- Delivering excellent customer service quality.

- You have a bilingual level of Spanish and Catalan
- You are a dynamic and responsible person
- You have good communication and organizational skills
- You are punctual, agile, and willing to work
- You can work in a team
- You have basic user-level computer skills

- Have knowledge of SAP
- Have knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector

- Atender llamadas del cliente (farmacéuticos)
- Ofrecer información, resolución de incidencias, gestión de facturas, pedidos, albaranes, etc.
- Brindar una excelente calidad en su atención al cliente.

- Cuentas con un nivel bilingüe de castellano y catalan
- Eres una persona dinámica y responsable
- Tienes buenas dotes comunicativas y organizativas
- Eres puntual, agil y con ganas de trabajar
- Puedes trabajo en equipo
- Cuentas con conocimientos de ofimática a nivel usuario mínimo

- Cuentas con conocimientos en SAP
- Tienes conocimientos en el sector farmacéutico o entorno sanitario
