F&B Assistant

At Garden Hotel Group, we are looking to bring an F&B Assistant into the corporate team. Their mission will be to support the operational and administrative management of the F&B area, facilitate coordination between teams, and contribute to the fulfillment of service standards and an excellent customer experience.

What will their functions be?

• Together with the Corporate Chef, prepare different analyses and reports that support decision-making for the area.
• Provide the necessary support to implement procedures and/or standards for the Food and Beverage area, monitor their compliance, and make improvement proposals.
• Comply with the different corporate procedures (catalogs, quotas, uniforms... among others).
• Provide support in the annual audit plan.
• Evaluate the level of satisfaction of our customers in these areas and propose corrective measures regarding detected deficiencies.
• Provide support in the Development of a food and beverage offering adapted both to the type of audience and to the evolution of demand.
• Assist in the management of control over health and safety regulations and staff training.

Gross annual salary according to the hospitality collective agreement of the Balearic Islands.

What are the requirements for the position?

• Training in Hospitality, Tourism, Catering, or similar.
• 1-2 years of experience in the F&B area.
• Knowledge of restaurant, bar, and other point-of-sale operations.
• Ability to train, accompany, and transmit service standards to the Kitchen and Front of House teams.
• Knowledge of English; other languages will be valued.
• Organizational and leadership skills, proactivity, and customer orientation.
• Eagerness to learn, take on new challenges, and continue growing within F&B.
