The role

At Grupo Crit, we are looking to hire a Service Coordinator to coordinate the daily activity of a multidisciplinary team in a high operational demand environment for a company specialized in the provision of comprehensive funeral services.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise service delivery, ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
Manage and lead teams of approximately 30 people.
Monitor team performance, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Resolve operational incidents and ensure the proper continuity of service.
Coordinate communication between the different departments involved in daily operations.

How you'll work

Stable employment.
Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. (Full availability is essential)
Location of the workplaces: Villaverde, Alcobendas, or Collado Villalba (To be chosen by the candidate)
