Consider your next career step at our Hotel Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa.

Comply with the company's standards and regulations regarding quality, environment, and occupational risk prevention, and collaborate with the hotel in their compliance and continuous improvement.
HACCP: Carry out supervision, monitoring, and control of the functions to be performed.

Minimum requirements:

Knowledge of preparing sushi, sashimi, nigiri, maki, rolls, and other Japanese dishes.
Mastery of fish cutting techniques and handling of specialized knives.

Language skills: Spanish.
Experience: 6 months.
Other desirable skills:

Basic tasks of food treatment and culinary preparations
