The role
What you'll do
This role focuses on the technical-documentary preparation of aircraft check work packages: from the receipt and acceptance of the customer's work package to its delivery, filtered and organized by sections, to each of the production lines with the necessary lead time before the aircraft enters the check.
As a TMA assigned to each check, you adapt customer documentation (Iberia, Iberia Express, British Airways, Vueling, Aer Lingus, SAS, Easyjet, and other operators) to a format compatible with SAP, correcting errors, incorporating unassigned tasks, and studying the bulletins of each work package according to its MSN.
It involves direct communication with customers for documentation correction, coordination with Pre-Planning, planning, and warehouse for the assignment of phases, zones, materials, and tooling, and transversal technical-documentary support to other departments and occasional customers.
Adapt each customer's work package to a format compatible with SAP, using the specific macros of each company (British, Vueling, Aer Lingus, Easyjet, SAS...).
Correct errors and add new tasks that are unassigned or not captured in the reference Master, and study and prepare the bulletins of each work package with their correct revision and configuration according to the MSN.
Create the file of materials required for each task, request the creation of P/Ns that do not appear in SAP, and generate the list of toolings necessary for the check.
Upload new or revised items with their materials into SAP, correct AMOS/SAP transfer errors, and handle DTO modifications by replicating edited documents (EOs, SBs, directives) in SAP, inserting materials and toolings.
Edit, create, upload, correct, and review Custom Elements, as well as all automatic markings for IR/CT and subcontracting requirements.
Include all new MPD IBE/IBS items in SAP, creating and splitting work cards when necessary, with the corresponding study of tasks, materials, and tooling.
Prepare documentation and materials for military aircraft checks (Arabia, Getafe, Airbus H5, Spanish Army), provide occasional support for BCN documentation, perform task and material studies for engineering projects, and provide technical-documentary support to occasional customers (Privilege, Arik, Flynas, Hifly, Dana, Brussels Airlines, Openskies, among others).
Attend directly to the different planning departments and sections regarding queries and requirements for manuals or additional documentation during the check, and communicate with customers for the correction of errors in the technical documentation.
