Global Labor Specialist

• University studies in Law, Labor Relations, or a Specialization in HR.

• C1 level of English

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.

• Experience in multi-country payroll management and personnel administration in multinational environments.

• Leadership in the implementation of efficient processes and in the comprehensive management of the employee life cycle in multicultural contexts.

• Proactive, decisive, organized and collaborative person, with leadership and conflict resolution skills.

• In collaboration with the local consultancy, you will be the person responsible for the management and supervision of registrations, contracts, modifications, compensation and benefits, terminations, final settlements, absences and vacations.

• In collaboration with the consultancy, you will be the person responsible for supervising the full payroll cycle and verifying the accuracy of the data provided and correcting any incidents before issuing payments and closing processes.

• Internal and external HR audits.

• Relationship with global providers and government entities.

• Ability to mediate between employees, providers and internal areas, applying an objective, legal and solution-oriented approach.

• Adapt and establish new internal procedures and policies. Detect possible improvements in established procedures and adapt them to the needs of the company.

• Generate and analyze periodic reports on labor costs and other indicators related to the general objectives of the company.

• Stay updated on the country's collective agreements and labor regulations. With the support of the contracted consultancies, the candidate must have a clear vision to support the needs of the company, resolution of queries and doubts from workers and possible labor conflicts.
