Requirements
What we're looking for
Technical training in electricity, air conditioning, facility maintenance, or related areas.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel or technical maintenance, preferably in hotel environments.
Ability for organization, planning, and priority management.
Communication, coordination, and cross-functional teamwork skills with different teams and departments.
Proactivity, technical judgment, autonomy, and orientation toward problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Driving license
Availability for occasional geographic mobility and technical support in other hotels, especially in Sierra Nevada.
Nice to have
Experience in support and coordination functions alongside a Technical Service Manager is highly valued.
Fluent command of Spanish and an intermediate level of English is desirable.
Previous experience in swimming pool maintenance.
Professional legionella certificate is positively valued.
Preferably residing on the island.

What you'll do
Coordination, supervision, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel's technical facilities.
Support to the Technical Service Manager in the planning, monitoring, and prioritization of technical works.
Supervision and execution of the correct implementation of work orders, incidents, and operational emergencies.
Control of inventories, spare parts, and technical material needs.
Technical monitoring and preparation of reports on the status of the facilities of each property.
Management of plumbing and HVAC systems.
Preparation of technical reports, analysis of incidents, and improvement proposals for the Technical Management.
Coordination of internal teams and specialized external companies.
Participation in the definition and standardization of the group's technical and operational procedures.
Coordination of maintenance schedules, special works, and technical shutdowns.
Management of communication and coordination with suppliers, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and budgets.
Management and resolution of critical incidents during high season.
Coordination and management of technical contingency plans and emergency protocols.
Guarantee of compliance with safety regulations, occupational risk prevention, and legal maintenance.
Participation in internal and external technical audits.
Monitoring of technical KPIs: response times, recurring incidents, costs, and operational efficiency.
Support in the preparation of maintenance budgets and control of energy costs.
Promotion of best practices, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Detection and monitoring of training needs for technical staff.
