In your role as a 360º Consultant, your mission will focus on three key pillars:

· Supporting our clients in their operational talent challenges.

What you'll do

With full autonomy and the support of a young, highly cohesive team, you will be responsible for:

· Conquering the local market (B2B): Identifying opportunities, attracting new companies, and building partner loyalty through consultative selling.

· Elite Recruitment (End-to-End): Leading the entire recruitment cycle, from profiling with the client to securing the final candidate.

· Leading with empathy: Being the point of reference and support for both your clients and your assigned workers.
