The role

An important business group is looking to hire a Financial Controller with experience in Consolidation to reinforce its finance team.

What you'll do

As Financial Controller and Consolidation, you will be responsible for:

Managing the processes of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the different companies within the group.
Leading the financial consolidation process, ensuring the correct integration of the economic information from the various subsidiaries under the established accounting criteria.
Preparing and supervising consolidated financial reporting, as well as management dashboards and indicators for the Management team.
Analyzing results, margins, profitability, and deviations against the budget, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
Coordinating and supervising monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, guaranteeing the quality and reliability of the financial information.
Reviewing and controlling intercompany operations, as well as the necessary adjustments and eliminations in the consolidation processes.
Managing and optimizing cost control, performing monitoring of the main financial and operational KPIs.
Participating in process improvement, digitalization, and optimization of financial tools projects.
Collaborating closely with the different areas of the organization to drive operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Control, Audit, or Financial Consolidation positions.
Solid accounting and financial knowledge, as well as experience in consolidation processes of business groups.
High level of Excel and experience with ERP and financial reporting tools.
Advanced level of English.
Analytical profile, detail-oriented, with the ability to interact with different business areas and provide strategic vision.
