Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of the insurance sector and insurance products.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in office tools and insurance management systems.

Nice to have

Additional language skills will be positively valued.

The role

We are looking for Account Executives (Insurance) for the Madrid offices of a highly prestigious broker. Both with a focus on commercial lines, and for a role where personal and corporate lines will be handled.

What you'll do

On one hand, we need someone specializing in commercial lines, and on the other, someone interested in handling both personal and corporate lines.
Manage and develop a client portfolio in the insurance sector.
Identify business opportunities and propose solutions adapted to client needs.
Coordinate relationships with insurers and other market agents.
Oversee the correct execution of policies and claims management.
Prepare reports and presentations for the insurance department management.
Collaborate with other internal teams to provide comprehensive client service.
Conduct presentations and meetings with potential and existing clients.
Ensure compliance with financial and insurance sector regulations.
