F&B Manager - 5* Hotel - Costa Brava, Girona

We are looking for an F&B Manager with strategic vision, inspiring leadership, and a total commitment to service excellence to elevate the dining experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all F&B outlets as well as coordinating the F&B side of the various events held at the hotel.
• Ensuring quality standards, health and safety regulations, and security protocols are met.
• Designing the department's strategy focused on profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Managing budgets, revenue, expenses, stock, and inventory.
• Coordinating with the kitchen to develop menus, wine lists, and gastronomic proposals.
• Leading, training, and motivating the team, managing schedules and performance evaluations.
• Handling guest complaints and special requests.
• Collaborating with HR, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Administration, and Maintenance to optimize operations.

Permanent contract.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Formal education: Vocational Training in Hospitality and Tourism, a Degree in Hotel Management, or a Diploma in Tourism. A background in F&B and an MBA will be highly valued.
• Languages: Spanish (required), advanced English, French and Catalan highly valued.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in an F&B management position within the premium or luxury segment, preferably in a resort environment with event management.
• Solid knowledge of wines, cavas, champagnes, and mixology/cocktails (highly valued).
• A professional with strong leadership, planning, and customer service skills.
• Strong financial analysis skills and knowledge of F&B market trends.

Buscamos para Hotel 5* un/a F&B Manager con visión estratégica, liderazgo inspirador y enfoque absoluto en la excelencia del servicio, para elevar la experiencia gastronómica.

La persona será responsable de:

• Supervisar todos los puntos de venta de F&B así como de coordinar la parte de f&b en los diferentos eventos que tengan lugar en el hotel.
• Garantizar estándares de calidad, normativas sanitarias y de seguridad.
• Diseñar la estrategia del departamento orientada a rentabilidad y satisfacción del cliente.
• Gestionar presupuestos, ingresos, gastos, stock e inventarios.
• Coordinar con cocina la creación de menús, cartas y propuestas gastronómicas.
• Liderar, formar y motivar al equipo, gestionando horarios y evaluaciones.
• Atender quejas y peticiones especiales de huéspedes.
• Colaborar con RRHH, Comercial, Marketing, Compras, Administración y Mantenimiento para optimizar operaciones y ventas.

Contrato indefinido.

La persona seleccionada deberia aportar:

• Formación reglada: Ciclos Formativos de Hostelería y Turismo, Grado en Dirección Hotelera, Diplomatura de Turismo siendo muy valorable formación en F&B y MBA.
• Idiomas: castellano (requisito), inglés nivel alto, francés y catalán muy valorado.
• Experiencia previa mínima de 2 años en posición de responsabilidad de F&B en entorno segmento premium o lujo, siendo muy valorable en entorno vacacional y con gestión de eventos.
• Conocimientos sólidos del mundo del vino, cavas, champagnes y coctelería (muy valorado).
• Profesional con alta capacidad de liderazgo, planificación y orientación al cliente.
• Gran capacidad de análisis financiero y conocimiento de tendencias del mercado F&B.
