What we're looking for

We are looking for an engineer with experience in aeronautical engine fleet management, data analysis, equipment health monitoring, and international project management.Requirements:Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering preferred.

Consolidated experience in project management.

Experience in international environments and complex matrix structures.

Experience in positions with direct interaction with customers.

Fluent English level.

Availability to travel throughout Europe.

Analytical profile, data-oriented, and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period.
Annual salary increase based on CPI and performance.

Salary: 14 annual payments (12 monthly payments + 2 extra payments in July and December). Option to consolidate into 12 payments if preferred.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
Flexible schedule: Entry from 7:00 AM and exit from 4:00 PM. Overtime compensation pool.
Remote work: Up to 110 days per year (max. 3 days per week and the possibility of 2 full consecutive weeks per year).
Vacation: 25 working days + Holy Week, Christmas, and all national and local holidays.

The role

We are looking for a Health Monitoring and Data Management Responsible in San Fernando de Henares to improve engine availability, optimize maintenance, and maximize lifecycle through the analysis and management of operational data.

What you'll do

You will be the person responsible for leading the health monitoring service for engines in operation, acting as the primary interlocutor with customers, countries using the A400M program, OCCAR, and industrial partners (Rolls-Royce, Safran, MTU, and ITP). You will be in charge of:Leading the Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) service.

Managing the relationship with customers and industrial partners.

Coordinating fleet management forums with OCCAR and user nations.

Leading Fleet Management projects for aftermarket support.

Defining and developing the EPI data management strategy.

Coordinating the exchange and exploitation of data between the various partners.

Transforming operational data into maintenance and fleet management recommendations.
