What you'll get

3-month temporary contract through Page Personnel

The role

Recruitment Technician English C1 - 6-month temporary

Multinational located in the San Sebastian de los Reyes area
Availability for immediate start

What you'll do

Collect and analyze hiring needs with internal managers.
Draft and publish job offers on job portals and professional networks.
Perform CV screening, pre-selection, and initial contact with candidates.
Conduct telephone, video call, and in-person interviews.
Manage technical tests, psychometric tests, or group dynamics when necessary.
Present candidate shortlists and coordinate interviews with area managers.
Follow up on the process and communicate progress to the parties involved.
Lead the final negotiation, preparation of offers, and pre-onboarding information.
