What we're looking for

Degree in Engineering. A Master's in Marketing and Sales will be valued.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative sales, to distributors or similar.
B2 level of English, with the ability to communicate fluently in professional environments.
Proficiency in MS Office and specific commercial management programs.
Availability to travel.

The role

At Mur&Partners we are offering a position as a Sales Engineer in Guipúzcoa for an international company in the industrial sector.

The mission of the position is to drive commercial growth by identifying new business opportunities, prospecting potential clients, and offering technical solutions adapted to their needs, contributing to the sustainable growth of the company and consolidating long-term relationships with clients.

What you'll do

Detect new commercial opportunities and carry out active prospecting of potential clients.
Analyze the technical needs of clients and propose adapted solutions, working together with the Product department.
Attend to client inquiries and provide technical advice that guarantees their satisfaction.
Efficiently manage commercial opportunities in the CRM, preparing reports and following up on each phase of the process.
Collaborate in the development of commercial actions and represent the company before third parties, including participation in industry fairs and events.
Deliver product training whenever required.
Coordinate with other areas of the company to ensure the correct execution of projects and commercial actions.
