The role

From Mur&Partners we offer a position as Technical Sales Support for a leading company in the industrial laundry sector.

Reporting to Management, the person hired will provide technical support to the sales teams during project development, ensuring that all technical information necessary to prepare an offer in accordance with the client's current facilities is prepared in both time and quality. Likewise, they will proactively accompany the technical aspects of client projects, working hand in hand with sales managers, from planning to the successful implementation of the project. Additionally, the preparation of the necessary information requires close collaboration with the After-Sales Service (SAT) department and the technical teams in the factories in Germany and England. Finally, they will be responsible for accompanying the local product purchasing process during technical definition, the technical evaluation of received offers, and the control of technical compliance upon product receipt.

What you'll do

  • Provide technical support to the sales department, including technical clarifications and the creation of drawings in AutoCAD.
  • Analyze spatial conditions at the client's facilities, preparing building plans with the current machinery inventory and generating AutoCAD drawings during the bidding phase, collaborating closely with the sales team in Spain and the technical support teams in Germany and England.
  • Provide technical support during commercial activities and act as a liaison between the client, the factories' technical departments, and the Key Account Manager or the sales department during the bidding and planning phases.
  • Prepare project documentation during the bidding phase for the client and deliver it to the sales team and the service area. In the event of an award, include process descriptions, performance data, and resource consumption comparisons.
  • Coordinate the preparation of the installation and communication with the client before assembly, in collaboration with the technical service department in Spain.
  • Prepare and document the final acceptance with the client, ensuring that the key functionalities and performance data agreed upon at the closing of the contract are met.
  • Compare and verify the correspondence between the offers received and the specifications established in the event that local products from suppliers outside the group are included in the projects.
  • Verify and control the correct execution and delivery of the installations according to the established standards and agreements.
