Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a service advisor at Stellantis (Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, Fiat, Jeep, DS…)

Handling of dealership management systems (DMS)

Training in automotive or experience in the sector

Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles

Driving license B

Communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

You will be the point of contact between the customer and the workshop, managing the entire aftersales process:

Customer and vehicle attention and reception

Identification of customer needs and preparation of quotes

Opening, monitoring, and closing of repair orders

Coordination with the workshop to meet deadlines and keep the customer informed

Vehicle delivery and explanation of the work performed

Appointment management and workshop workload planning

After-sales follow-up and customer loyalty
