The role

Perform all administrative functions and tasks related to people management within their territorial area of responsibility, to ensure compliance with internal procedures and the correct application of legal regulations.

What you'll do

Perform the administrative process associated with the employment relationship of employees (hiring, contractual modifications, and terminations).
Carry out communications to official bodies regarding Social Security.
Perform the payroll process, supervising and/or entering received information regarding incidents.
Perform the different processes for the processing and payment of Social Security contributions (TC1 and TC2) as well as garnishments, judicial withholdings, and any other payments.
Keep the SAP HR database updated regarding Collective Agreements and worker data, through the parameterization of payroll schemes.
Advise the work centers under their responsibility on socio-labor and personnel matters.

Requirements

Education: Degree in Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management, or similar.
Specific knowledge: Knowledge of legal-labor matters.
IT: Knowledge of SAP. Advanced level of Excel.
Languages: B2 level of English.
Experience: 2 years in HR management and administration in a company with a high volume of employees.
Corporate competencies: Business action, achieving maximum performance, working with a results orientation, cooperation, communication.
