HR Generalist Technician (focus on Personnel Administration)

• University Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in Personnel Administration.
• Knowledge of labor legislation, hiring, permits, leaves of absence, and labor incident management.
• Proficiency in SAP HR.
• Advanced level of Excel.
• Ability to communicate with managers, middle management, and directors.
• Organized, analytical, rigorous, and service-oriented profile.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage different priorities simultaneously.

• Experience in hospital environments or large organizations.
• Experience in selection, onboarding, training, or development processes.
• Knowledge of people indicators and HR dashboards.
• Participation in employee experience, work climate, or talent management projects.
• Interest in developing a generalist vision of Human Resources.

At Quirónsalud, we are looking to hire an HR Generalist Technician to join the People and Organization team.

We are looking for a person with a solid technical foundation in Personnel Administration, Payroll, and Labor Relations, with an interest in developing a comprehensive vision of Human Resources and participating in initiatives linked to Talent and employee experience.

The selected person will act as a Human Resources reference for professionals, middle management, and center directors, guaranteeing the correct management of labor and administrative processes, monitoring people indicators, and collaborating closely with the various HR areas to offer close support to teams and contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.

The selected person will have a key role in the comprehensive people management of the center, combining personnel administration functions with active participation in selection, training, development, and employee experience initiatives.

• Management and monitoring of hiring, contractual modifications, expirations, leaves of absence, permits, and other labor incidents.
• Management and review of processes related to payroll and personnel administration.
• Support to professionals, middle management, and directors regarding labor regulations, collective agreements, permits, vacations, working hours, absences, and other issues related to labor relations.
• Management and maintenance of personnel files and labor documentation.
• Updating, exploitation, and analysis of information in SAP HR, guaranteeing data quality and process reliability.
• Monitoring of absenteeism, turnover, hiring, and other People KPIs.
• Coordination with corporate Human Resources areas to ensure the correct application of procedures, internal policies, and labor regulations.
• Continuous communication with area managers to identify needs, resolve incidents, and monitor matters related to people management.
