What you'll get

Salary according to collective agreement of €11.01 gross / hour.

Afternoon shift schedule: from 15:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.

Temporary contract.

Offices located a few meters from the Salut i Gorg station (Badalona).

The role

Do you have experience in the administrative area? At Randstad, we are looking for workers like you!

What you'll do

Attend to users arriving at reception.
Multichannel customer service (in person, telephone, email).
Management of the various professionals' schedules at the center, as well as organizing the different spaces and facilities of the center.
Provide administrative support and document management, as well as collaborate with the various organizations.
Control and management of the database and its confidentiality.
