Document management: control of delivery notes, invoicing, and logistics documentation.
Constant entry and updating of data in the company's management system / ERP.
Internal administrative coordination with the purchasing, warehouse, and operations departments.
Training: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training (F.P.) in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management, or similar.
Languages: Intermediate/Advanced English (minimum B2 spoken and written) for dealing with international interlocutors.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in administrative positions or similar sectors.
