The role

Do you have experience as a data analysis administrative assistant? Do you want to expand your experience in a multinational company?

What you'll do

Advanced knowledge of Excel for data processing, exploitation, and analysis, as well as experience in the interpretation and development of reports and dashboards in tools such as Power BI and Qlik Sense.

Activity details: Analysis, interpretation, and monitoring of data from different information sources. Preparation of periodic reports for the monitoring and tracking of communication campaigns carried out in CCDD.

Preparation and monitoring of customer digitalization reports, on both a weekly and monthly basis.

Identification, analysis, and communication of anomalies or deviations in customer digitalization indicators.

Presentation, explanation, and commentary of results with the client, providing conclusions, trends, and recommendations based on the data.

Support in specific business analyses and in the preparation of executive presentations and monitoring materials based on data and business indicators.

How you'll work

WORKING FORMAT: In the case of Madrid, it would be hybrid with 1-2 days in the NTT DATA office and may occasionally be in client offices.

If it is outside of Madrid, it could be 100% remote work.

Location: Preferably Madrid

Duration: 3 months, extendable

SCHEDULE: M-Th 8:00 – 17:30 with one hour for lunch and F 8:00-14:00
